Pool enthusiasts: Don't you wish you'd been foresighted enough, or just plain lucky enough, to buy a custom cue from George Balabushka or Gus Szamboti early in their cue making careers? I sure wish I'd purchased a cue made by Bill Stroud when I had the chance years ago.

Now is your chance to own a hand-made custom cue from master cue maker Dan Trogdon. Dan is a dedicated full-time cue maker whose fine workmanship would do any of these masters proud. His cues offer many innovative and proprietary features that greatly enhance playability. These cues feature a natural weight forward balance for superior feel and play as well as Dan's proprietary parabolic shaft taper which produces a firm but lively hit.

While we can't promise you that Trogdon cues will command a price of thousands of dollars forty years from now (like George's, Gus', and Bill's do now), we wouldn't bet against it, either!  Don't choose a Trogdon cue as an investment, or because it showcases beautiful exotic hardwoods and Dan's fine craftsmanship. And don't get one because of its one-of-a-kind styling, or because of the many custom features available to you either. Select a Trogdon cue because of its most important feature of all -- it plays better!!

Why wait years for a custom cue built to your specifications? Dan doesn't work in "cue maker time."  He'll tell you when your cue will ship and you can't take him at his word.  The turn-around time is currently about 6 months for custom cues. There are also have many 'spec' cues as well as shafts in stock for immediate delivery. Send us your desired specifications and/or a sketch of what you are wanting and we'll accommodate you. You can also send us a list of your personal statistics (height, weight, reach, etc.) and your preferred cue weight and we'll design a custom cue (interactively) appropriate to those statistics for you.

***Please note: we will NOT make an exact duplicate of another cue maker's design.

Cue Repair Information

Many people are unaware that any cue damage or defect can be repaired.  Many valuable cue sticks have been discarded because of cracked wood, broken joints, bent pins, or some other seemingly irreparable condition.  If you have a cue that needs repairing or restoring, E-Mail us and we'll give you a 'ball park' estimate for the repair and an estimate of time needed to accomplish it.    Please note, we typically need to physically inspect the cue in order to provide you with an exact quote for the actual repair costs.  No repair work will be performed without prior approval from you.  For standard repairs (tips, ferrules, etc) please visit our repair rates page for pricing information.

Many repairs can be completed in just a few days (excluding shipping time).  We have satisfied many customers the world round, and we look forward to meeting your needs as well.
